Integrity

Abraham was riding with a colonel and they had been traveling for miles, the colonel ask lincoln if he would drink some whisky with him. Lincoln didn't accept and they continue riding. Later the colonel ask him if he would like to smoke a cigar with him. But then lincoln told the colonel that he had promised his mom before she dies that he will never drink or smoke. Lincoln kept his word and never drank or smoke he had real integrity. Even though he was being tempted by the drink and the cigars he still didn't smoke and he kept his promise.
