Clinical Manager
Duties and responsibilities
Clinical managers oversee a specific department, like nursing, surgery, or physical therapy. They have responsibilities based on that specialty.  They set and carry out policies, goals, and procedures for their departments. They evaluate the quality of the staff’s work, develop reports and make budgets.
·              Keep up to date on new laws and regulations so that the facility complies with them
·              Create work schedules
·              Manage finances, such as patient fees and billing
·              Keep organized with the facilities records of impatient beds used
Average Salary: $88,580
Educational Requirements

The clinical managers have at least a bachelor’s degree before entering the field. Some have master’s degree, though the requirements vary by the facility.  A Master’s degree in health services, long-term care administration, public health, or etc. is also common.
