Reflection. I think what this quote is trying to say is that their are no shortcuts to life. Nothing in your life will ever be handed to you. You have to accomplish everything on your own. Whatever you want you work for it. You just don't wake up one day and there you become successful. Everyday you work harder than the other day. For example if you want to play professional soccer a professional team isn't just going to come to your house and offer you to play with them. You work hard and step by step you'll get there.

Duties and Responsibilities

Recreational therapist provides treatment services and recreational activities for individuals with disabilities or illnesses. They use a variety of techniques including arts and crafts therapists help individuals reduce depression, stress, and anxiety; recover basic motor functioning and reasoning abilities; build confidence; and socialize effectively so that they can enjoy greater independence and reduce or eliminate the effects of their illness or disability. In addition, therapists help people with disabilities integrate into the community by teaching them how to use community resources and recreational activities.

Average Salary; $26,000-$41,000

Educational Requirements

Students should take the most challenging high school courses in math, science and English. Most entry level recreational therapist need a bachelor’s degree in therapeutic recreation.

Reflection: I think this quote is trying to tell us that we will always know what is right. People may be against you but you have to know that you're doing is right. People may talk bad about you but you know what you did was the right thing. Because many people in this world don't know what is right, or some do know but they decide to go against it. Just because someone is against a argument you made doesn't mean that is not right. You follow your gut instinct and choose the right. Further more, when you know something is wrong you shouldn't do it. Even if you see many people doing it doesn't mean its right. You know the difference between right and wrong. If you want to be a good person and have a good heart you choose the right. For example if you find money and you know who it belongs to and you want to return it, but all your friends are telling you to keep you choose the right and return the money.

     Thoracic Surgeon

Duties and Responsibility:

A thoracic surgeon is a medical doctor who performs operations on the heart, lungs, esophagus, and other organs in the chest.  This also includes surgeons who can be called cardiothoracic surgeons, cardiovascular surgeons, general thoracic surgeons, and congenital heart surgeons.

Salary:

$23,000-$25,000

Education:

Thoracic surgeons have to graduate from medical school and most commonly will go on to complete a five-year general surgery residency. After this they must successfully matriculate through an approved cardiothoracic surgery residency program for either two or three years. Some thoracic surgeons choose to do additional training in a sub-specialized area but this training is largely optional, except for congenital heart surgery.

Reflection; I think what this quote is telling you is that the mind will always ask different questions. You would always think of the politic safe and popular things. The mind will always make you choose something. But the mind will also tell you what's right. You know what things are wrong and what things are right. The mind will always tell you what's right. If you decide to choose the wrong you will feel guilty and your mind will always remember that you did wrong. Always do what's right. It doesn't matter if its not popular or safe or politic just do whats right. I believe this quote is trying to tell us to always listen to our mind when we know we have to do something. It can reward you in many ways. You will also always have a clear mind. Example if you see a popular kid bullying someone don't join them so he  can think your popular. Do what's right and stand up for the kid.
