Reflection: I  think what hes is trying to say is that things will never get easier but if you persist and you keep on trying it will become easier for you because you kept on trying you're still doing exactly the same thing but now that you have persisted so much it will seem easy for you.

Example: If you want to learn to play football at first it may seem hard but if you keep persisting football will be easy for you to play
