Reflection: I think this quote is trying to say that when you say nice words to people it can simply be a regular nice but you make them feel good about  them self's and they will always remember of the nice words you say to them.
Example: If you call someone beautiful they will always remember it.
Occupational Therapist
Duties and Responsibilities:
The occupational therapists help patients who are mentally, emotionally, and physically disabled. They help their patients adjust to handicaps and help them regain abilities like daily living and self- care skills. They part of the physicians, counselors, and physical therapist team. They design therapy programs and work closely with the patients to observe them and monitor their success. They design special equipment to aid the patients and them with therapy. They even teach patients how to adjust to work and home life abilities after becoming disabled. Most work at hospitals, and many work at nursing homes. Others work at schools for the handicapped, rehabilitation centers, or adult daycare centers.
Salary: $26,000-$45,000
Education:
Students should take Math, Science, and English courses in high school to become an occupational therapist. Every state requires that they should have either a bachelor’s degree or a master’s degree. This includes clinical experience and a successful national examination to become certified. Help their patients adjust to handicaps and help them regain abilities like daily living and self- care skills.

Progress Report:
For my 100 goals im almost close to get my CIF ring because so far my high school team is doing good.   I have to continue to work hard and get better in my skills so i can accomplish it. I have to keep trying and never give up. I keep getting closer and closer to my goals.

Nursing Home Administrator

Duties and Responsibilities:
The nursing home administrators plan and direct operations of nursing homes and long term care facilities. They supervise personnel, financial, medical, and nursing administration. Some of the nurses work in the nursing homes though some work for large corporations that control many facilities. Some get involved for teaching and for the research.
Salary: $40,000- $55,000
Education:
If students want to become a nursing home administrator then they should take challenging high school courses in business, science, math, and English.
Most states require that the administrators have at least a bachelor’s degree in nursing home administration.  They must also complete an additional internship program and pass a comprehensive examination.

Progress report
I'm working on getting straight A's. I'm working hard by doing my homework and paying attention in class. Also by getting a good night sleep and always completing my homework on time. Further more im focusing more and not try to stay behind in any assignments.

Reflection i think what this means is that if you think of doing something but you never put work into accomplished it will never happened it will always be a dream. On the other side if you take action but you have no goals you will not go anywhere.
Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Duties and Responsibilities

Nuclear Medicine Technologist prepare and prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to detect and treat disease. They then position equipment over patients to make images. These pictures allow physicians to identify abnormal areas. This helps in diagnosing illness. Nuclear medicine technologist explain test to patients and administer radioactive doses by mouth or injections. Their worked is performed in specialized hospital departments, clinics, or laboratories. Level of work performed varies depending upon level of training and education complete.
Average Salary: $28,000-$42,000

Educational Requirements

Nuclear medicine technology training programs vary in length from one to four years.  One year programs that lead to certification are offered by hospitals.  Associate and bachelor degrees are offered in colleges and universities.  Courses include training in safety, radiation procedures, physical science, and effects of radiation to the body and organs, and computer techniques

Glenn Cunningham.
Glenn was a miler from Kansas. He was one of the most famous miler. When he was 8 years old there was a fire in school hes older brother died in the fire and his legs were burned. The doctors said they had to cut off his legs but there parents decided not to and soon he took therapy and then he started running he broke many records. He is one of the best athletes.

I think this quote is trying to say that when things get hard other people give up. They simply stop trying to do what they accomplish. Just because its hard they think its not worth it. Meanwhile others keep on doing what there doing. Even though it got harder now they even try harder to accomplish what they want. 
Monitor Surveillance Technician

Duties and Responsibilities

Monitor surveillance technicians observe the electrical activity of heartbeats. They examine these patterns and provide the results to physicians and nursing staff. They:
v Gather and report heart pattern information on patients.
v Operate monitoring computers that simultaneously display multiple patient results.
v Identify heart patterns changes and abnormalities.
v Clean and maintain equipment, battery packs, and writing systems.
Average Salary

$26,000-$41,000

Educational Requirements

Students should take math, science, and computer technology courses in high school. Upon graduation from high school they may enroll in training at vocational schools, community colleges, or hospitals. Programs length varies from 3 months or 2 years.
