Summary: 
What john f kennedy was telling us in his video was that we need to be physical and mental fit. He doesn't exactly mean to have a perfect body but to have good health and mental health. What he means by mental health is that you never do anything bad you never have bad thoughts or say bad things to anyone. Hes saying this is important because we will have a lot of strong citizens in our country. With a lot of health and mental fit people in our nation our nation will be stronger. I promise to abstain myself from any drug, alcohol, or anything that will affect my body or my mind. Also too always choose the right and follow the right path to my future.

Reflection: I think this saying that if you see you have to do right and you don't do it its very bad because you know you have to do right but yet you don't do it.

Educational Requirements

Students should take the most challenging science, math, and English courses available in high school.

All biomedical engineers have at least a bachelor degree in engineering. Many have advance graduate degrees as well. Courses of study include a sound background in mechanical, chemical or industrial engineering and specialize biomedical training. Most programs last four to six years and all states require biomedical engineers to pass examinations and license
