I think what this quote is saying is that once you’re obedient you are used to always being obedient. You don’t get mad when someone tells you what to do because you are used to always being obedient and listen to what people tell you. For example you won’t get mad when your mom tells you to clean your room because you are used to always being obedient and listening to her.

Educational Requirements

Most plastic surgeons complete undergraduate degree prior to attending medical school. Duties and Responsibilities

A neurologist is specialized in dealing with neurological disorders.  He is trained to diagnose treat and manage the patients suffering from central nervous systems disorders. Neurologist treats the problems of central, peripheral and autonomous nervous system and effector tissues like blood vessels and muscles. Some neurologists are specialized in surgeries and are called neurosurgeons and some may be specialized in treatment of child neurological disorders called pediatric neurologists. But the neurologist job description is same for all the neurologists specialized in different areas.

What this quote is trying to say is the key to having a successful education is to be obedient. If you want to learn you have to pay attention in class and obey your teachers. For example if your teacher tells you you should study for your test you should obey her and study.
